Dr. Michael Perisa

Dr. Perisa is a board-certified pediatrician and practices direct primary care. He feels his proudest at work when his families feel actively engaged in their child's care and they are able to work together to develop a thoughtful care plan that fits with each specific patient's needs. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his young children, wife, and two Siberian huskies in addition to any sort of outdoor activity including biking, hiking, swimming or just exploring all that the beautiful greater Cleveland has to offer.

• Insurance: We don't bill insurance directly as we are a direct pediatric care practice but all families need some sort of insurance to cover any vaccines, medications, labs, or in the event that ever need to use an emergency room or for hospitalization. All of the care we provide is covered by the flat monthly membership fee.The membership cost depends on the age of your child as well as the number of children you are enrolling (discounts built in for multiple children) and there is a reasonable maximum family cost based on number of children.
