1. Your Account

To use certain features of our website (like ordering or subscriptions), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your password secure
Making sure the information in your account is accurate and updated
Any activity that happens under your login, even if it wasn’t you

 If you believe your password has been compromised or someone else is using your account, contact us right away.

We reserve the right to:

Deny access to our services
Cancel orders
Disable your account, especially in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms

You may choose to link your WeNatal account with another service like Facebook. If you do this, you allow us to access certain information, like your name, photos, and profile data, depending on your settings with that service. You’re responsible for managing what information you share. Please note: we aren’t responsible for how those third-party platforms handle your data.

We may suspend or cancel your account for any reason—especially if we detect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these terms.

2. Subscriptions

WeNatal subscriptions are billed and shipped every 30 days. Here's what you need to know:

Your subscription auto-renews every 30 days unless canceled
We send reminder emails before each shipment
If you cancel after a charge has gone through, we won’t issue a refund, but we will still send you the product you paid for
You will be charged the current price for your product plus tax and shipping
Cancel at least 5 business days before your next shipment to avoid being charged

To cancel, you can:

Log into your account and visit the “Subscriptions” section
Email us at care@wenatal.com

WeNatal may cancel or suspend your subscription at our discretion, especially if we detect suspicious activity or problems with your payment method.

3. Refunds and Returns

We want you to feel comfortable trying something new. That’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee on your first purchase of each supplement. If you try your first order and decide it’s not right for you, simply contact our Customer Service team at care@wenatal.com within 30 days of purchase for a one-time refund on that product. Once you’ve given a product a try and decide to keep it in your routine, all later orders of that same product are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Bulk shipments are not returnable or refundable.

4. Orders & Billing

When you place an order on our site:

You agree to pay the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping
Your payment will be processed by trusted third-party services like Shopify and Loop Subscriptions
Charges are due immediately upon purchase
You’re responsible for entering valid, up-to-date payment and contact information

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse any order for any reason
Delay shipment if your payment is declined or fails to process

Once your order ships, it's considered accepted. The risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed off to the shipping carrier.

5. Payments, Gift Cards, and Promo Codes

We accept:

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
WeNatal gift cards

Gift Cards:

Can only be used at WeNatal.com
Don’t expire or lose value over time
Can’t be refunded, reloaded, or redeemed for cash (unless required by law)
Can’t be used to buy other gift cards
Can’t be reloaded, resold, or transferred
Are non-refundable
Won’t be replaced if lost or stolen
Misuse of gift cards (like fraud or reselling) may lead to account suspension or cancellation

Promo Codes:

Are usually for one-time use per customer or household
May expire or be limited-time offers
Can’t be used with other discounts unless stated
May be revoked if we suspect misuse (e.g., creating fake accounts)
We’re not responsible for codes posted on third-party coupon sites and may not be honored.

6. Product Info & Pricing

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and prices. However:

Colors and packaging may vary slightly
Prices may change without notice
If a price is listed incorrectly, we’ll either contact you to confirm or cancel your order

If a product is out of stock after you order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or substitution.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses and a limited number of international destinations. Here’s what you should know:

Delivery estimates are just estimates—they’re not guaranteed
Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
If you refuse to pay customs fees and your order is returned to us, we’ll refund the product cost but not the shipping

Always check your country’s import rules before ordering.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains:

What data we collect
How we use it
Who we share it with
Your rights to manage or delete your data

Using our site means you agree to how we handle your data.

9. Call Recording

WeNatal may record and monitor inbound and outbound phone calls for quality assurance, training, customer support, and compliance purposes.

By contacting us by phone or accepting a call from WeNatal, you consent to the recording and monitoring of the call, where permitted by applicable law.

If you prefer not to have your call recorded, please let our team know at the beginning of the conversation so we can provide an alternative communication option.

10. International Use

WeNatal is based in California. Our services are intended for use in the U.S. We don’t guarantee that products, prices, or services will meet local legal requirements outside the U.S.

11. Content Accuracy

We do our best to make sure the content on our site is accurate and up to date. However, we can’t promise everything will always be error-free or complete.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers to support certain functions of our website and business operations, including payment processing, subscription management, product recommendations, analytics, and customer experience optimization. These providers may process limited information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to safeguard your information. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for what happens on those other sites.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All the content you see on our site—logos, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, and other media—is either owned by WeNatal or used with permission. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the U.S. and internationally. 

You may:

View and use content for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

Reuse, copy, scrape, or resell any content
Use our logos or brand without permission
Use bots or scripts to extract data or product listings

We may allow search engines to index our site, but we can revoke that permission anytime.

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without permission, see Section 15 to file a DMCA complaint.

14. Website Access & Limitations

We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our website for personal use. That means:

You can browse, create an account, and make purchases.
You can’t use our site to scrape data, reproduce or resell content, or interfere with other people’s use of the site.
Automated tools like bots or scripts to collect product listings, pricing info, or customer data are strictly prohibited.
You may not use our branding (logos, product names, etc.) without written consent.

If you break these rules, we can suspend your access or take legal action.

15. Appropriate Use of Our Services

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. This includes:

Attempting to hack our site or systems
Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any destructive code
Using our site to harass, threaten, or impersonate someone else
Sharing misleading, offensive, or illegal content
Violating copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other legal rights

We reserve the right to remove or block any content you post that violates these guidelines or causes harm to others.

16. Copyright and Database Rights

All content on our site—including text, images, icons, product descriptions, software code, and data —is legally protected under copyright and database laws. 

You may:

View and access this content for personal use

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or reuse this content for commercial gain
Use any part of our database or catalog in your own business
Extract or reformat our product information for resale or redistribution

We may allow search engines to index our site, but we can revoke that permission anytime.

All software used on our site is either owned by WeNatal or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without permission, see Section 15 to file a DMCA complaint.

17. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on our site without permission, you can send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Your notice must include:

Your name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
A description of where the material is located on our website
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature

18. Product Reviews and Ratings

We value the experiences and feedback shared by our customers. When you submit a review, testimonial, comment, photo, video, or other content about your experience with WeNatal products (“User Content”), you help other families make informed decisions.

Submission of Reviews
By submitting User Content through our website, email review requests, or a third-party review platform used by WeNatal, you confirm that the content reflects your honest experience with the product.

You also confirm that:

The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You are the author of the content or have permission to share it
The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

License to Use User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant WeNatal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, translate, adapt, and distribute the content in connection with our business.

This may include use in:

Our website and product pages
Email communications and newsletters
Social media channels
Advertising and promotional materials
Educational resources
Other marketing or communications channels operated by WeNatal

Attribution
When displaying reviews, WeNatal may attribute the content using information such as:

First name and last initial
City or region
“Verified Customer” or similar designation

If you prefer your review to appear anonymously, you may contact our support team.

Photos and Video Reviews
If you submit photos or videos along with your review, those materials may also be used in the same ways described above.

For certain uses, such as broader marketing campaigns or advertisements, we may contact you to confirm permission before featuring your photo or video.

Photos, Videos, and Images of Children
If you submit photos or videos as part of a review, testimonial, or other User Content, you confirm that you have the right to share those materials and that all individuals appearing in the content have consented to its use.

If your submission includes photos or videos of a child or minor, you confirm that:

You are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or
You have obtained permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian to submit the content.

By submitting such content, you grant WeNatal permission to use the photo or video in accordance with the User Content license described above.

Respectful Use of Family and Child Images
WeNatal understands that photos and videos shared by customers often include meaningful moments from a family’s journey to parenthood. When content includes children or family moments, we aim to use it in ways that are respectful, responsible, and aligned with the spirit in which it was shared.

We do not use customer photos or videos of children in ways that could reasonably be considered misleading, inappropriate, or unrelated to the customer experience being shared. When featuring family images in broader marketing or promotional materials, we may reach out to confirm permission whenever possible.

Moderation and Editing
WeNatal reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion. Reviews may be edited for spelling, grammar, formatting, or length, provided that the original meaning is not changed.

WeNatal may decline to publish or may remove/edit content that:

Contains false, misleading, or unlawful statements
Makes medical or outcome claims that cannot be substantiated
Violates applicable laws or advertising guidelines
Is abusive, offensive, or unrelated to the product experience

No Guarantee of Results
Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions. Results may vary from person to person, and reviews should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific outcomes.

Request to Remove Content
If you would like a review, photo, or video you submitted removed from our website or marketing materials, please contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

19. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we can use them however we want—without owing you anything.

20. Mobile Messaging

If you opt in to receive texts, you agree to:

Receive texts like shipping updates, order alerts, or special promotions
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider
You can unsubscribe anytime by replying “STOP”
Wireless carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages
If we change our texting number, texts to the old number might not work—check your messages or email for updates
Please keep your mobile number current with us

We won’t message you without permission, and we respect your right to opt out at any time.

If something unexpected beyond our control (like a natural disaster or shipping disruption) prevents us from fulfilling an order, we’re not liable for delays or losses.

We provide our website and services “as-is.” That means we don’t guarantee they will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.

26. Not Medical Advice

Information on our site is for general wellness purposes only. It’s not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement or health routine.

27. Limiting Our Liability

We’re not liable for damages that result from using our services, beyond the amount you paid us—or $50, whichever is less. This includes lost profits, data loss, and other indirect damages. Some jurisdictions may give you more rights.

28. Your Legal Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to follow all local, state, and federal laws. You’re responsible for how you use our website and services.

29. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms at any time. For major changes, we’ll notify you on our site or via email. Continued use of our site means you agree to the new terms.

30. Entire Agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy make up the full agreement between you and WeNatal. Any prior conversations or agreements don’t apply.

31. Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)

Sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. If there’s a natural disaster, war, internet blackout, labor strike, shipping carrier failure, or other major event, and it affects our ability to fulfill orders or run our business, WeNatal is not responsible for delays or non-performance.This means that if something unexpected prevents us from meeting our obligations under these terms, we won’t be held legally or financially liable for it.

32. Assignment of Rights

You are not allowed to transfer your rights or responsibilities under these terms to someone else without our written permission. For example, you can’t transfer your account or legal agreement with us to another person or business. 

However, WeNatal may transfer or assign this agreement to another company, such as in the case of a merger, sale of business, or restructuring. If that happens, we’ll ensure your rights continue to be protected under this agreement.

33. Waiver (Choosing Not to Enforce a Right)

If we don’t immediately enforce a rule or take action when you break these terms, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up our rights. We can still enforce our rights in the future. 

For example: if you violate our terms and we don’t act right away, we still reserve the right to take action later.

34. Severability (If One Part Doesn’t Apply)

If a court decides that any part of this agreement is illegal or can’t be enforced, that part will be removed. The rest of the agreement will still apply. 

This ensures that if one section is invalid, it won’t affect the rest of the terms you’ve agreed to.

35. Termination (Ending the Agreement)

This agreement remains in effect unless and until either you or WeNatal decide to end it.
We may terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these terms
You misuse our services
We believe your account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently

You may also stop using our services and close your account at any time. 

If we suspend or terminate your access, we are not responsible for any resulting loss or damage. Termination does not remove your obligation to pay any outstanding charges or limit our right to seek legal remedies for violations.

36. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Legal disputes will generally be resolved in Los Angeles, unless covered by the arbitration terms below.

37. Arbitration Agreement

If a legal dispute arises between you and WeNatal, we’ll try to resolve it informally first. If that doesn’t work, most disputes must be handled through private arbitration, not in court.

What this means:

You agree to resolve most claims one-on-one (no class actions or jury trials)
Arbitration will be handled by JAMS, using their official rules
If your claim is under $10,000, WeNatal will cover arbitration fees (unless the claim is found to be frivolous)
You can choose to arbitrate by phone, in writing, or in person in your area
Some exceptions apply—like small claims court or intellectual property disputes

38. California Consumer Complaints

California residents can contact the Department of Consumer Affairs at 400 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 or 800-952-5210 to file complaints.

39. Electronic Notices

By using our site, you agree to receive important notices from us via email. These include updates to our terms, privacy policy, order confirmations, and more.

Make sure your email address is up to date, if we send an important notice to the last known email you gave us, it still counts as effective, even if it bounces or you don’t check it.
