What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on your first purchase of any WeNatal supplement. If it's not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a one-time refund.

Please note:

  • Valid on a first-time, one-month supply of each product only
  • Repeat purchases of the same product are final sale
  • Bundles, bulk orders, and multi-month supplies are not eligible
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


How do I request a refund?

Please include your order number. Most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. WeNatal places the highest value on customer safety and the integrity of the product. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been shipped.

If you plan to travel, please adjust your subscription shipping dates in advance to either receive your product a week prior to your departure or to arrive after you return. This will ensure that your order is not left out where it can be exposed to inclement weather or vulnerable to theft. WeNatal cannot refund product that was damaged due to weather exposure or that was stolen from an unsecured location.

I have other concerns about my supplement. What should I do?

My order was returned as undeliverable. What happens next?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you can:

  • Reship the order for a $7 fee
  • Receive a refund for the product cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Bulk Shipments – Final Sale

All bulk shipments (2 or more of any one product) are Final Sale. For this reason, we recommend that you try our products first before placing a bulk order.

Cancelled Subscriptions/Address Changes

Subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the next order being generated. Likewise address updates must be made to the subscription prior to the next order being generated. If you cancel your subscription or change the address after the order has generated (i.e. your card has been charged), we may be unable to cancel it. Please reach out to care@wenatal.com  or Call/Text Us at (888)936-2825 immediately. Please note: in most cases the orders will have already shipped since our carriers generally pick up early in the day. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or change the shipping address on an order once it has shipped.

“I don’t need the product anymore, what can I do with extra product that I cannot return?”

  • Continue taking your WeNatal prenatal as a multi vitamin.
  • Our Omega DHA is for more than fertility, continue taking it for optimal health.
  • If you cannot take our supplements for a dietary or medical reason, consider sharing your extra WeNatal with a friend.
  • If your supplements are expired, you can compost them to enrich the soil.
I have extra product I can't return. What should I do?

WeNatal supplements can continue to support your overall wellness beyond fertility. You can continue taking your WeNatal prenatal as a multi vitamin.

  • Our Omega DHA is for more than fertility, continue taking it for optimal health.
  • If you cannot take our supplements for a dietary or medical reason, consider sharing your extra WeNatal with a friend.
  • If your supplements are expired, you can compost them to enrich the soil.
