How To Manage Your Subscription
Changing Your Refill Shipping Address
In order to change your delivery address for all upcoming subscription refills, please log into your customer portal here. |
You'll see your Shipping Information.

If you have multiple subscriptions be sure to update the address for each one.

This change will only affect future orders.
If your refill order has already been charged and is pending shipment, please contact care@wenatal.com as soon as possible so we can assist.

Changing Your Billing Address/Billing Info
In order to change your bill to address or form of payment for all upcoming subscription refills, please log into your customer portal here.
Once you are logged in click on the My Account Tab.
Once you are logged in click on the My Account Tab.
You'll see your Billing Information. Click the "Send Email to Reset" button.
Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your payment information.
If you don't see the email check your spam/junk folder.
