Key Nutrients

Choline

Choline is essential for your baby’s spinal cord and brain development, gene expression, and tissue production as well as possibly reducing risk of neural tube defects, autism, and Down syndrome.

Methylfolate

Folate supplementation during pregnancy is proven to reduce risk of neural tube disorders and megaloblastic anemia, reduces other birth defects, preterm birth, and (if taken preconception) small-for-gestational-age.

Iodine

Mild to moderate iodine deficiency is common among women of childbearing age and low iodine levels may reduce chances of pregnancy.

FERROCHEL® IRON BISGLYCINATE

Iron is needed to make red blood cells and carry oxygen to all of mom’s and baby’s body tissues. Pregnant women need at least 50% more iron compared to non-pregnant women. Clinical research shows Ferrochel® is more bioavailable than many conventional iron forms and significantly less likely to cause the constipation and nausea commonly associated with ferrous sulfate. Better tolerability means better consistency, and consistency is what actually moves your iron levels.

Selenium

Low selenium levels has been linked to increase risk of miscarriage as well as damage to the nervous and immune systems of the developing baby. Selenium also supports healthy follicles within the ovaries which play a role in the development and release of the egg.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is critical for growth of most cells and organs including eyes, heart, and lungs. Low vitamin A during pregnancy is associated with night blindness and anemia in mothers. Infants born to mothers with low vitamin A have increased risk for severe vision problems, heart defects, orofacial defects, delayed growth, and impaired lung function.

Vitamin B12

B12 is critical for reducing risk of infertility, miscarriage, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and preterm birth. Deficiency is associated with low birth weight, neural tube defects, serious heart defects, and childhood diabetes.

Vitamin D3

4,000 IU of vitamin D daily is shown to be most effective in reducing risks like miscarriage, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, low birth weight, preterm birth, infections, and postpartum depression.

Zinc

Zinc supplementation during pregnancy has been associated with a reduction in preterm birth and lower risk of infections.

Fish Oil

DHA is an essential part of the brain, eyes, and membrane of every cell. Higher levels have been associated with increased gestational length, low rate of preterm birth and low birth weight, reduced severity of perinatal depression, improved blood glucose control, reduced risk of preeclampsia, food allergies in infants, and higher IQ in the child and adult as they age.

DHA

DHA, in particular, is necessary for the growth and maturation of an infant’s brain and retina, and is required in larger amounts during pregnancy and the first few years following birth. During pregnancy, DHA is especially important for reducing the risk of preterm birth and preeclampsia, and for treating gestational diabetes.

DPA

Getting adequate omega-3s during pregnancy benefits baby's eye and brain development and may reduce preterm labor and childhood allergic conditions. For every 1% increase in omega-3 levels, the chances of getting pregnant and giving birth increased by 8%.

EPA

Several studies have shown that omega-3s are essential for overall female health and that supplementing omega-3s may help support healthy egg quality, delay ovarian aging, and improve pregnancy rates.

Additional Omega-3’s as TG

Omega-3s also help improve sperm quality, including sperm count, motility, and morphology. Research has found that men who had higher levels of omega-3s in their sperm had better sperm quality, including higher sperm count and motility and had higher total semen volume and higher levels of testosterone, all of which play an important role in male fertility and increasing chances of pregnancy.

Quality products, easy to take

"I usually struggle with taking multiple pills. WeNatal pills are easy to swallow and taste great with no fishy aftertaste. The regular prenatal vitamin have a pleasant (and natural) peppermint smell, which makes it easy to take during the first trimester. Overall I am very pleased and intend to take these into my postpartum period."

This prenatal has been perfect

"This prenatal has been perfect for me! The quality is top notch and I love the slight mint scent from the scented heart instead of the normal smell of supplements. The packaging for the welcome kit was absolutely gorgeous and I love the bottle to keep the vitamins in as a way to reduce the weight and bulk of subsequent subscription packaging."

Great Products!

"I’ve been using the WeNatal prenatals for her and the Omega DHA+ for about 2 weeks and they’ve been great so far. No weird smells or adverse effects like I’ve heard others struggling with when using other prenatals! I also had an issue with my address pre-filling incorrectly, and they corrected it immediately and were extremely helpful!"

Supporting My Journey to Motherhood 💕

It’s easy to take, and I love knowing that I’m giving my body important nutrients while supporting my overall wellness and preparing for a healthy pregnancy. I also appreciate the quality and care that WeNatal puts into its products. So far, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other women on their wellness and fertility journey! 💕"

Balanced my Cycle

"I’ve struggled with luteal phase breast tenderness for the last several years after a healing protocol inadvertently negatively affected my estrogen/progesterone balance. After only two full cycles of the We Natal routine I had significantly less symptoms in my luteal phase. Highly recommend this for all cycling women! Trying to conceive, post-partum or looking for hormone balance."

I wish I had known

"I wish I had known just how important it is to take omegas and DHA when pregnant and following a pregnancy because I would have started taking them BEFORE conception! I'm so glad WeNatal takes so much care in getting this right. I know it's helping my baby and I thrive!"

Sarah B. (5/5)

BIG FAN of these omegas!

"BIG FAN of these omegas! First of all, I love the size. So easy to swallow. But even more importantly, there is no yucky taste. They come with a lovely lemon heart insert in the glass container and it makes everything smell nice and fresh. It’s just a great experience. My husband and I will take these for life!"

Kaylee C. (5/5)

Easy to take & so supportive

"I love WeNatal for my prenatal vitamins because they're easy to take and actually taste good. Other prenatals have been hard to stick with because of smell or taste, but that's not an issue at all here!"

Kate D. (5/5)

I cannot recommend this prenatal

"I cannot recommend this prenatal more. I have told everyone about my story about how I have been having issues with my cycle. And this has helped me get back on track. Also I have taken it before and after birth definitely can tell a difference in my mood and even has helped me through my postpartum journey as well."
