How do you recommend taking Egg Quality+?

For optimal absorption, we recommend taking Egg Quality+ with a meal that includes healthy fats like avocado, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, or seeds. Since CoQ10 is fat-soluble, pairing it with fats helps your body absorb it more effectively. It's also recommended to split the dose throughout the day: either take one capsule with each meal or two with breakfast and one with lunch. Research consistently shows that dividing the doses leads to better absorption.

How long can I take Egg Quality+?

We suggest using Egg Quality+ before pregnancy. Egg Quality+ can be used in the months before ovulation up until a positive pregnancy result. Research shows it takes about 90 days (or three cycles) for an egg to mature, this is why we recommend starting Egg Quality+ at least three months before conception. CoQ10 plays a crucial role in optimizing fertility during the preconception phase but should be avoided during pregnancy due to insufficient research on its safety.

"Loved the ingredients and truly believe in the products that WeNatal makes. The only thing I've changed to my daily routine was taking these with the prenatals over the last three months and OMG. I have never had acid reflux before but I think adding these supplements gave me a burning sensation in my throat! I figured I would try just stopping these supplements and my symptoms have slowly begun to fade. I was taking them with food, but it wasn't always at the end of my meal, so I suggest if you have a sensitive gut maybe take AFTER a substantial meal. Unfortunately going to take a break from them for a while just to see if my symptoms resolve entirely."

I was also in search of a comprehensive prenatal and I think you would be hard pressed to find a brand that competes with Wenatal if ingredients. "I have only been taking Egg Quality for a couple of months so can’t speak to how well it works, but I can say that I feel great and it hasn’t caused any issues. One word of advice though, even as someone who has never suffered from acid reflux I found that I could only take these pills one at a time, each after eating something fairly substantial. If I tried to take two at once, even after a full meal, my esophagus would burn like crazy (and definitely don’t try taking them without food!)."
