We require all partners to follow our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Online pricing below MAP is not permitted without written approval.

Yes.

You are approved to sell:
In brick-and-mortar retail, clinics, and direct-to-patient settings

You are Not approved to sell:
Third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) unless you have written authorization.

There is no total order minimum, but there is a minimum of 5 units per SKU ordered.

We accept:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)

• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

You can make changes before the order is approved. Once your order is approved and sent to our warehouse, changes may not be possible. Please contact us promptly if a change is needed.

Orders ship Monday through Friday via our trusted carrier network. Please note, carriers do not pick up on weekends or holidays.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We do not arrange shipping for international wholesale orders.
International partners must:

• Provide their own shipping label
• Coordinate their own carrier pickup
• Confirm product compliance with local customs regulations

WeNatal is not responsible for shipments held or seized by customs.

At checkout, you can choose:

•Destination based shipping through our carriers

• Provide your own label and coordinate pickup

Yes! If you'd prefer to use your own shipping label, our warehouse will provide box count, dimensions, and weight. Please note, we do not keep shipping account numbers on file.
