Key Nutrients

Chia Protein

Chia seeds are recognized as a nutrient-dense food, rich in alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid), dietary fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which may provide indirect health benefits relevant to pregnancy, such as improved cardiovascular and metabolic profiles, reduced inflammation, and better glycemic control.

Choline

Choline is essential for your baby’s spinal cord and brain development, gene expression, and tissue production as well as possibly reducing risk of neural tube defects, autism, and Down syndrome.

Collagen

Collagen Supports skin elasticity, joint health, and connective tissue, especially important during pregnancy and as the uterus expands.

Methylfolate

Folate supplementation during pregnancy is proven to reduce risk of neural tube disorders and megaloblastic anemia, reduces other birth defects, preterm birth, and (if taken preconception) small-for-gestational-age.

Iodine

Mild to moderate iodine deficiency is common among women of childbearing age and low iodine levels may reduce chances of pregnancy.

Magnesium

Magnesium deficiency is very common among women of childbearing age, and needs increase during pregnancy. Deficiency puts both mom and baby at risk for issues such as preeclampsia, poor fetal growth and low birth weight.

Selenium

Low selenium levels has been linked to increase risk of miscarriage as well as damage to the nervous and immune systems of the developing baby. Selenium also supports healthy follicles within the ovaries which play a role in the development and release of the egg.

Vitamin B12

B12 is critical for reducing risk of infertility, miscarriage, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and preterm birth. Deficiency is associated with low birth weight, neural tube defects, serious heart defects, and childhood diabetes.

Vitamin D3

4,000 IU of vitamin D daily is shown to be most effective in reducing risks like miscarriage, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, low birth weight, preterm birth, infections, and postpartum depression.

Vitamin K2

Vitamin K is needed by the baby to support proper bone growth, protein formation in the liver, and to prevent bleeding in the baby after birth which can happen in the setting of vitamin K deficiency.

Acetyl L-Carnitine

L-carnitine has antioxidant-like properties, improves the quality of semen, and provides energy to sperm which improves sperm motility.

Collagen

Collagen Supports skin elasticity, joint health, and connective tissue, especially important during pregnancy and as the uterus expands.

CoQ10

Oxidative stress contributes to male infertility and research shows that CoQ10 supplementation improved sperm concentration, motility, and reduced oxidative stress markers.

Methylfolate

Methylation abnormalities of sperm have been linked to male infertility by negatively impacting sperm count and quality. About 50% of couples who struggle with infertility are due to male factors.

Selenium

Low levels of selenium have been linked to poor semen quality and sperm motility. Research has also demonstrated that supplementation of selenium and vitamin E may further enhance semen quality and sperm motility in infertile men.

Vitamin B12

B12 has been shown to increase sperm count, improve sperm motility, and is vital for semen quality.

Vitamin C

Research indicates that vitamin C supplementation in infertile men can improve sperm count, sperm motility, and sperm quality towards conception.

Vitamin D3

For men’s fertility, vitamin D3 plays the most significant role in improving sperm motility.

Zinc

Zinc is most recognized for its role in sperm formation, testosterone balance, maintaining the lining of reproductive organs, and supporting proper thyroid function.

Amazing taste!

"I have tried so many prenatals, they would either make me nauseas, throw up or give me an awful migraine. This one didn’t give me any reactions and I even felt more energy after taking it. I was worried about the monk fruit as I typically don’t like the taste/after taste but it was honestly the best thing I’ve tried with monk fruit in it. So glad I found this product!"

As a busy mom postpartum,

"As a busy mom postpartum, the Protein+ For Her is a game changer! It’s become my sacred morning routine combined with my coffee. Sometimes it’s hard to juggle taking care of two littles and prioritize taking care of myself, but this protein powder ensures I’m getting my daily vitamins, protein, and collagen all in one drink in the morning. It’s made my life so much easier, and I can’t thank the WeNatal Team enough for creating this revolutionary product."

This is the absolute best

"This is the absolute best prenatal IMO on the market. Even my midwife was surprised when I showed her what I was taking and loved everything listed. Started with WeNatal For Her 3 months before conception, currently 10w4d and I DEFINITELY notice a difference if I go a day or two without it. It's amazing and supportive of me and my baby."

Pregnant or not, I will

"Pregnant or not, I will never have another protein in my house!! It tastes like gingerbread and is so incredible clean, which is very hard to find these days. Mixes well with water AND milk/milk alternative. Just so easy on those stressful and hectic days. Also. . my skin is definitely more clear with the collagen. Thank you so much for making this!!"
