Three years ago, WeNatal was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to transform fertility support for both women and men through high-quality, science-backed supplements.
In celebration of WeNatal’s 3rd birthday, we wanted to spotlight a few incredible families and how their trust in WeNatal changed their fertility journeys for the better. Today, we celebrate the impact we've had on building countless families, the innovation we've brought to the fertility space, and the incredible community we’ve been honored to grow and support along the way.
Pioneering a new standard in fertility support
When we launched WeNatal, the landscape of fertility supplements was largely focused on women. But research shows that male fertility plays an equally critical role in conception and a healthy pregnancy. We set out to establish a new standard by introducing comprehensive prenatal supplements designed not just for women, but for men as well—helping couples optimize their fertility together.
We're committed to ensuring that our products are formulated with bioavailable, high-quality ingredients backed by the latest research. Every nutrient is carefully chosen to support reproductive health, from methylated B vitamins to chelated minerals and science-backed dosages, like 400 mg of choline and 4000 IU of vitamin D—all free from fillers, artificial additives, and unnecessary preservatives.

Making high-quality supplements
We both know firsthand that the path to parenthood can feel overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and financially. We're here to support you from preconception through pregnancy and beyond, and we’ll never stop evolving our formulas to reflect the best of what science has to offer.
About six months after launching, we made the decision to reformulate and refine both WeNatal for Her and WeNatal for Him based on the latest peer-reviewed research. These updates were guided by a comprehensive study that reviewed over 200 scientific papers to define optimal prenatal nutrient levels. We upgraded to even better forms of key nutrients, including a new, more stable and bioavailable form of folate, and microencapsulated choline to improve absorption. We also incorporated new forms of selenium and magnesium for better bioavailability, and gentler forms of iron and zinc to support digestion and reduce stomach upset.
Across both formulas, WeNatal stands out for meeting or exceeding current recommendations for essential nutrients like choline, folate, zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Every WeNatal product is created in partnership with leading doctors and nutritionists in functional medicine, ensuring a holistic and truly effective approach to fertility health. With 24 research-backed ingredients designed to nourish both mom and dad-to-be, we’re proud to be setting a new standard in comprehensive prenatal nutrition.
We are also deeply committed to creating supplements that deliver unmatched nutritional support. As Lisa Dreher, MS, RDN, LDN, WeNatal's Nutrition Director, shares, "We know how overwhelming and expensive it can be to piece together a fertility or prenatal routine from multiple products—which often leads to nutrient gaps or overlaps. Our goal is to offer a single, science-backed formula with the most effective and bioavailable ingredients, so families can feel confident they’re getting everything they need, all in one place."
Celebrating 'WeNatal' babies
Every success story is a testament to the power of community and high-quality fertility care. We’re honored to have played a role in the journeys of so many families—helping couples navigate the ups and downs of fertility, pregnancy, and parenthood. To celebrate our third birthday, we want to highlight some incredible fertility stories, showing just how transformative the right support can be.
Alyssa shares with us:
"I struggled with infertility for six long years, trying everything I could, but never getting the results I hoped for. Before my final IVF retrieval and transfer, my nutritionist recommended WeNatal for Her, and it was truly transformative. Just a couple of months after making the switch, I had the best egg retrieval of my entire journey (out of five), and my seventh transfer was finally successful. Today, I’m holding my beautiful, healthy baby boy in my arms. My dream of becoming a mom finally came true. I truly believe that WeNatal was a vital part of my journey, nourishing my body in ways that made all the difference. I’m forever grateful for the role it played in helping me become a mom."
Aili and Alex share with us:
"I started taking WeNatal for Her after learning about the importance of egg quality and health on a podcast. As an 'older' mom, I was worried that conceiving might be difficult. But to my surprise, the very next month, we were pregnant! I feel so confident knowing that my baby and I are getting all the essential vitamins we need by supplementing with WeNatal and Omega DHA+. Thank you for supporting me on this journey to a healthy pregnancy. We are due in May and can’t wait to meet our little one."

Trisha shares with us:
"Navigating the world of fertility and trying to figure out the 'right' things you should be doing can be really hard. When WeNatal was developed a few years into my TTC journey, it was a breath of fresh air for me, since figuring out the best prenatal to take was no longer a challenge. WeNatal has now continued to support me through pregnancy and postpartum as I now have my dream little girl and also a baby boy on the way. So thankful for a brand that truly cares!"
Taylor shares with us:
"WeNatal was an integral part of the conception for my children. After doing extensive research on many prenatals, it was a no-brainer… WeNatal’s ingredients and testing were the best I could find. I feel without a doubt these prenatals assisted with the conception of my two healthy, beautiful children. I have been taking these prenatal supplements for over 3 years, and will continue to do so because I truly feel incredible using them. PS: they’ve also helped minimize my postpartum hair loss!"
John shares with us:
"When I started taking WeNatal for Him, I wasn’t starting from zero. I was already doing everything I could—eating clean, working out, keeping my stress in check. In trying to become a dad, I was all in. The only thing I added was WeNatal for Him. Three months later, my fertility markers had clearly improved."

But honestly, the numbers were just part of it. The real magic happened when my wife and I welcomed our first baby—and then, to our surprise and total joy, baby number two showed up almost exactly a year later, the day after our first’s birthday. Looking back, I can’t help but laugh. I tell people WeNatal probably needs a warning label: ‘Highly effective—may cause back-to-back babies!’”
These stories, along with countless others, inspire us to keep working tirelessly to support fertility and prenatal health. Every baby born is a victory, and we’re proud to be a part of these life-changing experiences.

Giving back and supporting communities in times of crisis
Beyond providing exceptional fertility support, we feel a deep commitment to giving back within our communities. Most recently, during the devastating fires in Los Angeles, the WeNatal team stepped up to support affected families. Through donations, fundraising efforts, and hands-on volunteer work, our team made it our mission to provide essential resources to those in need—everything from donating free prenatal vitamins to bringing essential workers and families clean water and hygiene supplies to collecting baby essentials and securing temporary shelter support for those displaced.
Being in the business of family means showing up for families—whether they are navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, or unexpected crises. Community is the heart and soul of our company.

From redefining prenatal nutrition to making high-quality fertility supplements available to more families, WeNatal’s impact is undeniable. As we celebrate our third birthday, we are honored to be a part of your health and fertility journey, and look forward to many more years of empowering couples on their journey to parenthood.
Happy 3rd Birthday, WeNatal! Here’s to a future filled with even more hope, health, and family.
