Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders placed on WeNatal.com are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our California warehouse. We do not ship, and our carriers do not pick up, on weekends or holidays.

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.

Daily carrier pickup cutoffs (Pacific Time):

  • FedEx: 4:45 PM PT
  • USPS: 3:00 PM PT

Orders placed after these cutoffs will be picked up the following business day. For example, an order placed Tuesday at 6:00 PM PT will be picked up Wednesday.


FEDEX 2-DAY SHIPPING
FedEx 2-Day means your package will arrive within 2 business days after FedEx picks it up. It does not mean 2 days from when you place your order.

Here's how it works:
1. Processing: Your order is packed and a shipping label is created, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.
2. Pickup: FedEx picks up labeled packages once per day, with a final cutoff of 4:45 PM PT. Orders labeled after 4:45 PM PT will be picked up the next business day.
3. Transit: Once picked up, FedEx 2-Day delivers within 2 business days. Weekends and holidays don't count toward this transit time.

Example: If you place an order Thursday at 5:00 PM PT (after the FedEx cutoff), your label may not be picked up until Friday. With 2 business days of transit, and no weekend pickups or deliveries, your package would arrive the following Tuesday, not Saturday.

Choosing FedEx 2-Day speeds up transit time once your order ships. It does not change our processing time or guarantee same-day pickup.

USA ORDERS

WeNatal's Flat Rate shipping is priced based on order value as follows:

  • Under $40 = $5
  • $40-$149.99 = $7
  • $150-$299.99 = $10
  • $300 and up = $14
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to 140+ countries from our California warehouse using FedEx International.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
 An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or additional carrier fees.

  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Zone 3 (Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam)

  • FedEx International: $40 USD (5–8 business days)
  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Zone 4 (Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Czechia)

  • FedEx International: $50 USD (5–8 business days)
  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Zone 5 – Rest of World (All other eligible countries)

  • FedEx International: $55 USD (5–8 business days)
  • Express International: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes

  • For subscription orders, duties and taxes are not collected in advance.
  • In some countries, duties and taxes may not appear at checkout. If this occurs, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import fees before your order is delivered.
  • We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
  • Import duties generally do not apply when shipping within the same customs region, though local sales taxes may still apply where required.


International Shipping Restrictions

Due to current regulatory and carrier limitations, we're unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Georgia, India, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Laos, Macau SAR China, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Portugal, Qatar, Spain, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.

We're actively working to expand our international shipping options and hope to add many of these countries in the future. Please check back for updates.

PACKAGING

We 100% value your privacy and discretion. All WeNatal orders sent out in discreet packaging, for full confidentiality. So you can keep your journey to private until you are ready to share.

DELIVERY & TIME IN TRANSIT

WeNatal ships from our warehouse in Southern California, and transit times vary depending on the destination. Typical transit times for most US orders are 3-5 business days, though welcome kits—due to the heavier weight of the glass jars—may take a little longer to arrive. Please note: Transit times are not guaranteed.

If shipping to your location tends to take longer or if your welcome kit is delayed, we’re happy to assist with adjusting your first refill date to ensure everything stays on schedule. Just let us know!

WHY HASN'T MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?

Your package has shipped, however due to recent changes in how the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) applies postmarks and scans packages, USPS may take an additional 24–48 hours after pickup before your package is officially scanned and postmarked. This means that packages handed to USPS may not show processing activity until a day or two later than in the past. Rest assured your package has been pick up by USPS. ADDRESS CHANGES/SKIPS/CANCELLATIONS

If your card has already been charged for your recurring subscription any address changes, skips or cancellations to your subscription will take effect on future orders. Once your order is placed (i.e. your card has been charged) an address change, skip or cancellation may not be possible on that order. Please note that we are not responsible for orders mis-shipped due to an incorrect address. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or reship mis-shipped orders.

If you have multiple subscriptions going to the same address, you must update each subscription separately.

HOTEL & TEMPORARY DESTINATIONS

While we're happy to accommodate shipping to travel destinations, at WeNatal, we kindly advise against shipping to Hotels, AirB&Bs, and other temporary locations. Because transit times can vary and handling after delivery may not be reliable, we want to ensure your items reach you as smoothly as possible. If you're planning a trip, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your departure date. If that's not feasible, don't worry! You can always order with us upon your return. For subscribers, simply adjust your ship date to ensure your items arrive in time, or consider ordering extra refills to bring along for your journey. Please note that orders sent to hotels and temporary destinations cannot be refunded if they arrive after your departure or are misplaced post-delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

STOLEN/UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we're unable to reship or refund orders. At WeNatal, we understand the importance of receiving your package safely. While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, we kindly remind you that we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from the confirmed delivery location. Your peace of mind matters to us, so we encourage you to consider the security of your delivery destination. If you're concerned about the safety of your residential address, we recommend shipping to an alternate location such as a trusted business or mailbox service. In the event that a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
