"I was shopping “for him” and felt husband is working all the time, as ems, on the go in ambulance barely any uninterrupted meal breaks so having container is crucial. I didn’t shop the pouch ones. I specifically clicked the container ones and made a purchase and it came in a pouch. I’m super frustrated about this. On the phone on hold for 30-40 minutes waiting to speak to someone about this too. Packaging came on time and all but it’s misleading when you shop and it’s a container and all and clicking purchase for it and expecting that you just get a pouch and now are looking for a solid glass container to fit this in to go in a pack."
