Kelly LeVeque Fab 4 WeNatal Fertility Smoothie

Smoothies are an easy and delicious way to jam-pack nutrients that can help support your fertility!

Our good friend, Kelly LeVeque is known for her Fab 4 Smoothies. Here's what to look for:

1. Leafy greens (spinach, baby kale) are great sources of vitamin K, folate, iron and zinc which can help support fertility. Folate is especially important to protect against birth defects in the brain and spine that can develop in the first few weeks of pregnancy.

2. Healthy Fats (avocado, chia seeds, olive oil) omega-3 and DHA are very important for fetal brain and eye development. Research has also shown that omega-3s can help to improve hormones, ovulation, egg and sperm health all of which aid in improving your fertility.

3. Antioxidants (berries) these anti-inflammatory phytonutrients help neutralize free radicals which can be damaging to egg and sperm health. Antioxidants also help to improve overall fertility health, for both women and men. Berries are lower in sugar and a great source of fiber – a great option for adding a little sweetness to your smoothie!

4. Protein (grass-fed beef protein powder) is the building blocks of everything in our body, and vital to your fertility health. Protein is also important for blood sugar balance which is crucial when trying to conceive.

        Ronit Menashe & Vida Delrahim

Best friends since meeting at Nike nearly 20 years ago, Ronit Menashe and Vida Delrahim’s lives and careers were forever changed when they each experienced pregnancy loss just one week apart. What began as personal heartbreak turned into a shared mission: to uncover why so many couples were struggling and what could truly support healthier pregnancies. After diving deep into the research and consulting leading experts, they recognized two major gaps in the market. First, prenatal support focused almost exclusively on women, overlooking the critical role men play in fertility. Second, the women’s prenatal space was saturated with products that overpromised and under delivered, formulas filled with unnecessary fillers, binders, synthetic colors, low-quality ingredients, and dosages far too low to create meaningful impact, often lacking key nutrients altogether. Together, they co-founded WeNatal to redefine prenatal nutrition with clean, evidence-based formulations intentionally designed for both partners—earning national media recognition and building a trusted community dedicated to healthier families from preconception through parenthood.
