"After lots of research as a student midwife I settled on this multivitamin. It’s excellent, not an unreasonable number of capsules. One other note worthy thing is the peppermint inclusion. This can be a positive for those struggling with capsules or nausea and vomiting but is not ideal for those planning to breastfeed in the postpartum. It may not be enough to limit a robust milk supply but otherwise is an ideal supplement for the prenatal period."

"The world of prenatals can be so overwhelming, there are so many options out there. I did a lot of research on ingredients, the most optimized forms, researched backed supplements and recommended doses for baby development, etc. and WeNatal always came on top. There are other great and popular ones out there, but they are either missing something that makes you have to supplement separately or the doses were below the researched and recommended levels.
