Our formulations are based on peer reviewed studies that outline evidence-based targets for supplementation of vitamins and minerals. We raised the bar when it comes to prenatal supplementation standards since most prenatals lack key nutrients in the clinically recommended doses.

We include 400 mg of VitaCholine® to support optimal fetal brain development and cognitive health. Most prenatals fail to provide the recommended choline intake, and average daily intake in U.S. women is only 285 mg—well below the 450 mg recommended during pregnancy and 550 mg during lactation. Our formulation bridges this gap, ensuring maximum absorption and effectiveness for both mother and baby.

Our WeNatal for Her and WeNatal for Him are formulated with Methylfolate, ensuring bioavailability for effective nutrient absorption (which is crucial for MTHFR carriers, over 40% of the population).

WeNatal elevates the form of iron by using Ferrochel Iron Bisglycinate Chelate. This form has a higher absorption rate and is well tolerated by the gastrointestinal system, making it less likely to cause constipation or upset stomach.
