Everyone's sperm-maxxing. Here's why.
SPERM COUNTS HAVE FALLEN BY HALF SINCE THE 1970s
Research suggests sperm counts have declined by more than 50% since the 1970s. While the reasons are complex, we know that lifestyle, nutrition, environmental exposures, and certain medications can influence sperm health. The good news? Sperm are continuously produced, with each new generation taking roughly 2–3 months to develop and mature. That means the 90 days before conception are an important opportunity to support sperm health, including the quality and integrity of the DNA sperm carry.
The research is raising awareness. We're helping men take a more proactive approach to reproductive health.
50%+ drop in sperm count since 1973 · ~50% of infertility involves a male factor · 90-day sperm cycle
